These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lamtrac Service mobile and web application (the "Service") provided by Lamtrac ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization (dealer, fleet operator), you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The Service provides access to manuals, guided troubleshooting flows, and AI-generated assistance derived from Lamtrac technical documentation and support history. This content is provided for informational purposes to support trained operators and technicians.
AI-generated responses and guided troubleshooting steps may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect in specific situations. They do not replace the judgement of a qualified technician. Always consult your machine's official service manual, follow safe operating procedures, and contact Lamtrac Service or your dealer for safety-critical repairs.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (machine records, photos, notes, support requests). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content as necessary to operate the Service on your behalf.
By submitting feedback on the AI Assistant (thumbs up / thumbs down), you allow us to use that feedback in aggregate to improve the Service. We will not publicly associate your feedback with your identity.
The Service, its branding, software, manual content, and guided troubleshooting flows are owned by Lamtrac or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited licence to use the Service granted by these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
The "Submit Warranty Claim" feature links to our external warranty
portal at app-lamtrac.com. Warranty coverage, eligibility,
and claim processing are governed by the warranty terms issued with
your machine or by your dealer agreement — not by these Terms.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice. We may also update the content of manuals and troubleshooting flows as new information becomes available.
You may close your account at any time from the Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or if we reasonably believe such action is necessary to protect other users or Lamtrac's systems.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAMTRAC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR CAD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold Lamtrac harmless from any claim, demand, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Brunswick, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
